As an Operations Analyst, Kat helps ensure client needs are met by performing various cash handling operations and supporting fiduciary services with account maintenance and research requests. She believes attention to detail and a sense of urgency is key to ensuring client and colleague needs are fully supported.

Prior to joining Inspire, Kat spent a few years in healthcare services where she was a Surgical Services Facilitator with MountainView Hospital where operational excellence and interdepartmental teamwork looked a little different. Before that, she worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 13 years, seven of those years being in Trust Operations. While in Trust Operations, Kat became a subject matter expert in various functions. She also led the Special Projects team that handled the more sensitive and urgent matters. Kat holds a B.S. from Arizona State University and is a perpetual student.

When she is not supporting Operations at Inspire, Kat can be found picking up or putting down one of a thousand different hobbies. She likes to bake cookies, spend time with her niece, and fitness with friends. Her most recent new hobby: watercolors.
