Matthew Albers
Senior Fiduciary Advisor
Matthew Albers is a dedicated, compassionate fiduciary advisor who provides guidance and comfort to families navigating life-changing events. He takes a personal approach, meeting with families in person to build connections and deeply understand their unique situation and needs.
Before joining Inspire, Matthew spent five years as a Trust Officer at Capital First Trust Company, where he was the youngest person in company history to be named Senior Trust Officer. This role honed his expertise in Special Needs Trusts and Settlement Preservation Trusts, serving clients across 40 states. He is skilled at collaborating with estate planning attorneys to create customized solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
Matthew attended Wisconsin Lutheran College where he majored in Business Administration and had the pleasure of playing football there as well. Matthew is committed to continuous professional growth, currently pursuing his Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. He regularly attends industry conferences to expand his knowledge and ensure he provides the best possible service to clients.
In his free time, Matthew can be found at his family's cabin in northeastern Wisconsin, where he enjoys boating, riding his side-by-side, and snowmobiling. He is an active member of his community, coaching high school football, playing volleyball and golf, and volunteering with his local church and Lions Club. He values spending quality time with family and friends.
