In her role as an Operations Analyst, Diana meets client needs by reviewing client requests and performing various operational functions for Inspire Trust. She has a deep understanding of Trust Operations and uses this knowledge to help deliver timely and exceptional service to clients. Diana understands the importance of staying organized, being detail-oriented, and managing time effectively to ensure clients receive the best service.
Prior to joining Inspire, Diana worked as a Supervisor at Credit One, where she managed a team that processed credit card exceptions, adjustments, payments, and transactions for credit card holders. She also worked at Wells Fargo Bank for 7 years in Trust Operations where she gained her experience in a multitude of operations functions. During her time at Wells Fargo Bank, she developed and led her team through a paperless conversion project that enhanced operational efficiency.
When Diana is not supporting operations at Inspire, she can be found spending time with her family, enjoying Pilates, and trying new food.
