Kaylan Hood brings more than a decade of experience in client onboarding, trust administration, and relationship management to her role as Onboarding Case Manager. Throughout her career, Kaylan has been drawn to mission-driven organizations where she could exhibit her passion for helping others.
Prior to joining Inspire Trust Company, Kaylan spent over ten years working in the nonprofit sector, most recently with Commonwealth Community Trust, where she guided families and professionals through the trust establishment process with care and efficiency. She is passionate about making what can often feel like a complex process as seamless and reassuring as possible, ensuring each client receives exceptional service from the very first interaction.
Kaylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies from James Madison University. She also holds a Certificate in Trust Administration through the American Bankers Association.
Outside of work, Kaylan enjoys time with family and friends, reading, cooking, yoga, and spending time at the beach and river. She especially treasures time with her husband, 11 nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat, Olive.
