Senior Fiduciary Advisor

(346) 509-3311

In her role as a Senior Fiduciary Advisor, Lydia serves as a trusted advisor and account administrator for individuals and families who have received funds as a result of a personal injury settlement. She builds enduring client relationships by providing comprehensive guidance, meticulous account administration, and steadfast advocacy. Her commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and circumstances allows her to play a vital role in their long-term financial security and well-being.

Lydia is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Philosophy. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Lydia’s legal career initially focused on corporate and energy law. Through her pro-bono work with the Child Advocacy Clinic as a Student Attorney, she discovered her passion for working with children and their families.

After passing the Texas State Bar, she served as Lead Visitation Enforcement Attorney with the Travis County Juvenile Probation Department in the Domestic Relations Division, where she found profound fulfillment in helping families navigate their most challenging seasons.

This experience illuminated a parallel need: families require the same guidance and protection when addressing complex financial matters and the emotional dimensions of estate planning. Driven by this insight, Lydia founded her own practice, dedicating seven years to estate planning, trust administration, and guardianships. She further developed her expertise as a Senior Vice President and Trust Officer at a regional bank serving Texas and Oklahoma before joining Inspire Trust Company.

In her free time, Lydia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three sons.
